After so much walk from shibuya, omotesando hill, this was our oasis.

Their coffee was the best coffee i had in Japan. Ice cream was second to none. Kid licked the ice cream cups.

The staffs were so kind, professional, patient with my small japanese skill. Google translator did most of the job.

I definitely recommend this place...

昼前に来店しましたが、接客対応がひどいです。来店時、店内はそれほど混雑していない状況でしたが、スタッフの方から「いらっしゃいませ」や「少々お待ちください」といった声掛けが一切ありませんでした。レジ前に立っていても反応がなく、スタッフは全員調理に集中、長く待たされた末、ようやく注文できると思ったら、「店内で召し上がる場合は先に席を確保してください」と案内され、席に戻されそうになったのでめんどくさくなり仕方なくテイクアウトにしました。

最低限の接客として「いらっしゃいませ」「少々お待ちください」「お待たせしました」「先に席を確保してください」といった声掛けは必要だと思います。また、スタッフが3名いるのであれば、1人はレジを見ながら調理のヘルプをするなどしたら良いと思います。表参道ヒルズ内にあるにも関わらず、スタッフの対応が全体...
