Can't go wrong with this restaurant in Tokyo!

Highly recommend getting their prime beef sukiyaki over the shabu shabu or Kobe steak. The sauce they use for their sukiyaki is a perfect mixture of savory and sweet and the beef soaks up the taste really well and the beef retains its tenderness, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. However, if you prefer to get something with a lighter taste, then go for the shabu shabu -- they give you a sesame dip and a ponzu dip.

TIPS: 1) They have lunch specials where the price is much lower than dinner but include an appetizer and ice cream dessert at the end. 2) There isn't a big difference in quality/taste between the Kobe beef and Premium beef but there is a big price difference, so I'd recommend just getting the prime beef, it already melts in your mouth you don't need their Kobe to get...
