Captain Javier & his right hand man, Quetzal on the private charter Cheers were professional, kind, fun & friendly. They were an extremely attentive and accommodating crew down to every tiny detail. If you’re debating on whether or not to book w/ these guys, think no more; just do it because the experience will be very well worth it! They helped us create an intimate & magical moment that will be a memory we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives! They welcomed us aboard w/ cold beverages of choice, connected our music via Bluetooth, provided towels when we became cold, frequently checked in on us, took care of our trash, captured a multitude of candid photos along w/ others. Set up a private cruse and agreed on a price. The boat was the one shown the day we booked the tour. We got on the boat and before leaving, one of the guys running the business told us we owed $50 more dollars that what was agreed on. His partner, who we made the deal with told us not to worry, he would bring the money to our hotel later. He never showed and we ended up losing the $50 due to a miscommunication between business partners. Sounds like a business problem not a customer problem. Only reason I am giving 1 star is because the boat ride itself and the actual crew on the boat were amazing. The first mate was a really really nice guy.

Moral of the story, don’t give them anything more than what the original agreement was or they won’t give you it back. Shady...

My boyfriend and I went out for just a few hours on an early Sunday afternoon. Javier was our Captain who did a fantastic job keeping us safe and Entertained. He had a very sweet first mate that helped us with anything we needed; shots, beverages, snacks, pillows, towels, pictures. The price per hour was very fair and was well worth it considering it was an intimate experience for us both. If you are looking for a boat to cruise around Cabo with a just you and your lover, or a small group, this boat is perfect!
