Wicked Pizza — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

I think the pizza at Wicked Pizza is really good and I have yet to find a pizza joint in Cabo that can rival their taste and quality.

However, today I had a frustating experience. I called to dine in and inquired as to whether there was parking. The gentleman who answered the phone told me there was and I can park in front of the restaurant (downtown cabo location). He said they pay for the parking which entitles us to 1 hour of free parking. That sounded odd, but I thought we'll surely be done dinning in an hour

At the restaurant before placing our order my wife informed the same person we had a los Cabos Passport Card. It entitles you to "a complimentary pizza when the second pizza of equal or greater value is purchased" We complied with all the other requirements of the promotional.

This young man then stated since the restaurant is covering the parking they cannot honor the Passport Card promotional and we had to pay full price for the second pizza. FACT: there is no mention of this in the Los Cabos Passport website where Wicked Pizza is featured. FACT: we've used the Passport at other restaurants and parked in front of the business hassle free.

I then told him I would be willing to park my car somewhere else, he told me you don't have too just pay the full prize for the second pizza. I then asked how much the restaurant pays for the parking. He said he didn't know.

Funny, he told me the restaurant pays for the parking I thought he would know so that I could pay him and resolve this issue. And so ensued a back and forth as I attempted to discover what it is this person wanted from me or what I had to do so he would honor the Passport promotional.

Well it was a battle of wills until he relented and honored the promotional.

If what he said is true my request to management is they update their polcy so that there is clarity about their promotional.

If what he said is untrue please educate your staff so he doesn't ruin somebody elses dining...

Sub par, gas station quality pizza. Toppings where so minimal, small and puny. Had the "wicked pizza" on menu, next time I'll pass!! Comes with meatballs on it that are so awful they shouldn't even be considered meatballs, tasted overly processed, cheap and chemically, eww. Great place to go if you want to spend some quality time with Mr. John later that same evening. Went on a Wednesday where its half price; glad I did because I would have felt bad if I had paid full price (250$ pesos) for this sorry excuse for a pizza. Here's a word of advice for the owners, just because its half price on Wednesday don't chince out on the toppings to make up for it, its too obvious. Especially that thin layer of cheese which is what makes a pizza. People who rave about this place have obviously never had good pizza or they've been deprived of it for so long they forget what its like. I don't mean to sound so overly critical...

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY UNLESS YOU LIVE IN CABO.

I placed an order for delivery while in Cabo on my honeymoon and NEVER RECEIVED MY PIZZA.

They took the money from my account and made no effort to contact me until I emailed multiple times and reached out through their Instagram account.

They finally emailed after 3 days and I provided every bit of information they asked for. It has now been 10 days and still have not received my money back. Pretty much just stole $90CAD from me. Really disappointing. I heard it was good but I would not order unless you are a local because clearly they don't care.

In response to their response below. I replied within 17 minutes of receiving the ONE email they sent me. I have received NO OTHER communications. I monitor my email very closely, especially when I feel ripped off. There is no emails in my junk folder. Thanks for the tireless efforts. Keep...
