Well, where do I start? Ok, let's start from the time I entered the restaurant with my wife and my young child and I had the three witches of Burton look at us like we were aliens. One witch walks up to us and asks if we were ok to sit on the floor above and we said yes. As I took the stairs, I noticed the diners staring at me probably because we were an asian family entering the lair of the white witches of Burton. We took our table and a few minutes later, an ugly looking middle aged woman walked up to us to take our order and it was not just her face that was ugly but her demeanour as well. She had this sarcastic look on her face. I took an instant disliking towards her. I told her that I want the fried eggs flipped over and she could not comprehend what I was saying even though I spoke perfect English. The food was alright. I would say less than average fare. When I went over the counter to pay, the three witches stared at me again and the ugly one came over to the cash counter to take my payment. I presented my card and it got declined, she immediately and rudely shoved the payment machine onto my face to show me the message on the screen. So I presented the card again and it declined again and she this time read the message out aloud hoping that I would get embarrased but I cooly presented another card and it was accepted. This restaurant is rotten wine in a broken bottle. Don't step in here if you wish to have a nice day and a nice meal. The waitresses lack professionalism and are out of their depths.
