We booked an appointment online, travelled over two hours to get to this appointment to find the shop was shut. We asked the postman if he knew if the shop would open that day and he informed us that the place had been shut all week. Terrible customer service to not contact beforehand to let us know our appointment couldn't go ahead. Will never return

Please find attached a photo of the email sent you to stating that I had accidentally changed my appointment from the 18th January to the 25th as I just wanted to edit times however this wasn't an option. I emailed you immediately to which I received no reply and still haven't. It would have been useful for you to reply to that email alerting me that you were closed. I was able to book the original appointment and therefore your website also needs editing to ensure mistakes like this don't happen again. You should also put on your website when you are closed so that customers like myself understand not to come. I can ensure you I arrived at your store and did not go to the incorrect place. The fault in this instance is not mine and. Therefore do not try to blame me and accuse me of being incompetent. The company said the bracelets had a lifetime warranty so to return if anything needed adjusting etc. I have since lost a significant amount of weight so my bracelet went too big.
