If you're in Chester and looking for hearty, satisfying food, Brewski is an excellent spot to check out. We arrived at 12pm and were the first table in, but by the time we left, the place was packed—a clear sign of how popular this spot is. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We tried the festive burger and the nduja, ham, and brie burrito, and both were absolutely delicious. The festive burger was packed with flavor, with juicy patties and all the classic toppings. The burrito was massive—stuffed with a mouthwatering mix of spicy nduja, rich brie, and savory ham, all wrapped in a perfectly grilled tortilla. Both dishes were generous in portion size—definitely big enough for leftovers, which we happily took home in a handy takeaway box. Food was served quickly, which was impressive, especially considering how busy the place got after we arrived. The speed of service, combined with the quality of the food, makes **Brewski** a top-notch spot for a satisfying meal, whether you're dining in or taking away. All in all, Brewski is a must-visit in Chester, especially if you’re in the mood for filling, flavorful comfort food. Great food, friendly service, and a buzzing atmosphere make it a place I’ll definitely be returning to!

We ate at Brewski’s and had the Ski Season Platter. The meal had a good variety, and some dishes really stood out. The portion size was perfect for two people, with a bit left over to take home—which worked out well because we also wanted to make sure we had room for dessert, and it did not disappoint! The steak wasn’t the best quality we’ve had, but we still ate it without saying anything. In hindsight, we probably should have mentioned it to the staff, but to be honest, we weren’t sure what much they could have done, and we weren’t really fussed about waiting for a replacement. That said, we did hear other people mention the steak to staff, so it seems we weren’t the only ones who felt this way. On the flip side, we loved the bacon, potatoes, and caramelised onions—absolute heaven!! Those alone made the meal worth it. And the desserts were just as impressive. The sticky toffee pudding was so light and airy, tasting amazing without that heavy, stodgy feeling. The Malteser mousse cake was perfect too—a great way to finish the meal. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were polite and attentive—it was easy to get their attention when needed, which made for a smooth dining experience. Overall, we were happy with our visit and would consider returning to try something else on the menu!

Had a good expereince here. Atmosphere was loudish and it was extremely busy so felt a little clostraphobic. We came around 6pm on a bank holiday Monday so it was expected. I myself had the OG platter with a friend and my wife had the butchers platter. The OG platter was ALOT of food! The burger is probably in my top 5 burgers I've ever enjoyed. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was moist with the buffalo sauce! I didn't enjoy the burritos. The chicken burritos was being overpowered by something I can't describe. It wasn't not edible it just wasn't to my taste. The beef burritos was much better than the chicken but again it wasn't to my taste. There's alot going on in the description of the burritos but again you can only really taste one or 2 things. The house slaw I dont think is sauced? The slaw in the burritos and on the chicken burger was just cabbage and carrot with no dressing. The fries were extremely good. Could of done with more cheese on the curds as the gravy really overpowers the taste of cheese. I dipped into my wife's butchers platter and enjoyed pretty much everything on that platter. Would I come and reccomend here again? Yes, absolutely I won't order the platter again but willing to try other things.

After reading so many positive reviews about people eating 'the best burger' they've ever had and seeing all of the amazing images of their food on social media, my partner treated me to a meal here. I can honestly say that I don't think I've looked forward to eating anywhere this much before. We booked in advance and were taken to the table straight away. Despite ordering drinks as soon as we sat down, they never arrived and we could not get the attention of the servers to ask. Only when our food was brought to the table did a different server realise we had no drinks. Ironically, the man who initially took out drink order then finally came past about 20 seconds after we had just received our drinks and passed comment that 'you haven't even touched your beers yet!'. Not a great start. I had such high hopes for the food here but unfortunately the burger patties were cold and covered with a ridiculous amount of grease. After one bite, the burger bun fell apart and annoyingly the grease poured onto my jeans, staining them. In the end, the only way to eat the burger was with a knife and fork. Not really what you expect from a place that specialises in burgers... Sadly, even overlooking the negative experience leading up to trying the food, the burger was completely tasteless. I mean completely. I generally avoid fast food, but I've definitely had far tastier burgers from McDonald's in the past. What was even more annoying, was that the restaurant automatically add 10% gratitude onto your bill, regardless of your experience. I don't usually write reviews for restaurants, but given that I spent so long reading such high praise from so many other reviews in the build up to my visit, I felt it necessary to share that not everyone has this experience. I definitely won't...

Food was extremely lacklustre, I ordered the fried chicken poutine and my girlfriend had the classic burger. Both were absolutely drenched in sauce. I can understand with a poutine, but there wasn't a single crispy fry in the bowl, they were totally sodden. Girlfriend's burger was impossible to eat with your hands, way too saucy so all the toppings slid right out, and for some reason the outside of the bun was drenched in butter, so it would slip out of your hands and was generally nasty to hold. Very unhappy with the food overall to be honest, and the expensive prices were the final nail in the coffin.

The staff were admittedly very friendly, no complaints there. Though there did seem to be an awful lot of staff running around.

I also didn't appreciate being charged a full £1 for a tiny pot of mayo (around the amount you'd get in 2 sachets from McDonalds), and wasn't told that it would be chargeable. Gratuity is added to the bill by default, which I always think is a dirty tactic, I would've happily left a tip because the service was decent, but adding it by default just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. There's also a £1 charge for "carbon free dining" which isn't mentioned to you at all in the restaurant, and is hidden away on the menu. Again, would much prefer this was an optional charge that you can accept or decline while paying. All of these extra charges really take the mick, and have assured that I won't be returning to the restaurant.

My girlfriend and I agree that Brewski was a 3/10 experience, and won't...

🍻 A Phenomenal Experience at Brewski Cheshire – Shoutout to Lucy! 🍻

If you're looking for the perfect blend of mouthwatering food, refreshing brews, and top-tier service, Brewski Cheshire is the place to be—and Lucy made our visit absolutely unforgettable!

From the moment we walked in, the vibe was electric—cozy yet lively, with a fantastic selection of craft beers on tap. But the real star of the show (besides the food) was our server, Lucy. She was warm, attentive, and full of great recommendations, making sure our dining experience was nothing short of amazing.

🔥 What We Devoured: Brewski Burger – Juicy, perfectly cooked, and stacked with flavor. The smoked bacon and house sauce took it to the next level. Loaded Fries – Crispy, cheesy, and piled high with all the good stuff. A must-order for any fry lover! BBQ Chicken Wings – Sticky, smoky, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Lucy suggested pairing them with a local IPA, and it was a match made in heaven.

Lucy’s knowledge of the menu (and the beer selection!) was impressive, and her friendly, upbeat attitude made us feel right at home. She checked in just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without being overbearing.

⭐ Final Verdict: Brewski Cheshire nails it with incredible food, a great atmosphere, and servers like Lucy who go above and beyond. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and visit—and ask for Lucy if you want the best experience possible!

10/10 – Will definitely...
