We came here pretty last minute with the wedding day a week away, I called with pretty low hopes in finding a dress. We originally were looking for casual dresses but realized that it just wouldn't feel right and decided, to try and find something. I called and Meredith picked up, with an encouraging tone, she asked if we could be down in 30 minutes, we headed over right away. I sat in the car for a bit, anxious to try on dresses, to me they felt so out of my league. Meredith greeted us with a smile and open arms essentially. They were ready and eager to get me into dresses. We felt welcomed and excited as she opened my eyes to a whole world of dresses, she instilled me with confidence I didn't have prior, a fear of how it would look or fit. Meredith has an incredible knack for the details! She hung onto every word of concern or indecisiveness I had, she rolled with it and fell into the rabbit hole with me, acting as a knowledge guide and wonderful support system, Meredith is wonderful and charming, your new best friend! She's there to hype you up and show how smokin' you look in a wedding dress.

Meredith, thank you for your support and kindness. I was so worried and anxious, and you made this a fun and delightful experience, I left feeling happy and confident, you gave me back the excitement that was hiding underneath my anxiety. Charlotte's was the first place I ever entered for my wedding dress, and ended up being the one that had my PERFECT dress. Hannah, my stylist, was absolutely amazing, made sure I was always comfortable and was really personable. She was never pushy, and even encouraged me to look at different styles at my second appointment through another store. She totally respected my small budget, and always valued how I felt and my style. Never thought I'd find my dress this fast, and yet I'm totally confident that I got the one. It was like she found the dress made for me! It fits perfect, with the only alterations needed was a hem and shorter straps. A one of a kind dress for my budget, style, and personality. I had the most incredible time here. I came in a little nervous about not knowing what I was looking for but my stylist Hannah made me feel completely comfortable and at home. We tried on SO many beautiful dresses and I was so indecisive. Hannah was unbelievably patient and supportive. Literally the best hype girl ever!!! We narrowed it down to three and the choice between them seemed all so obvious in the end! I couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else. I was NOT expecting to find my dress today. And I was also NOT expecting to find my ABSOLUTE WILDEST DREAM DRESS……. IN MY BUDGET! I’m sorry for all the caps- but yelling is necessary in this moment!
