Since I was up at Phipps plaza on a Saturday I decided to stop in AYA to restock my Obagi. Upon entering I was greeted by a young woman named Vanessa Puccini whom I'd never met before. I've never had a bad experience at any location, but it was her warmth pleasant tone of voice, and calm demeanor that made me comfortable to ask about other products and procedures. I felt so at ease that all the errands in my day were halted, my worries about the necessity to rush before the afternoon traffic had begun, and I stayed for a bit to just enjoy the conversation. Another customer walked in and I departed, as I wanted them to have the same experience. I ended up buying all the products she suggested, and after I got in my car my experience was so pleasant nothing could have taken away what a beautiful time I had....
