Skin Pharm — Local services in Atlanta

I was doing some research in Atlanta to find someone to do lip fillers on me. I’ve never had lip fillers done before and was really nervous in committing to someone/establishment so I waited a good 2 years and then that’s when I came across Skin Pharm. I scheduled an appointment with Clare and it’s been the best decision I have ever made!! So much so that I have now been to her 5 (maybe more lol) times for other treatments—lip, under eye, and cheek filler, Botox, and a photo facial!!!!! I travel a good 35-45min to see Clare at Skin Pharm and it’s soooo worth the drive! Getting to the building and parking is super easy and safe (they validate your parking which is always a perk when parking downtown). Walking into Skin Pharm is like walking into skincare heaven. The aesthetics are amazing. So much attention to detail, warm, and welcoming. The girls at the front desk are super nice and welcoming and I’ve never had to wait to be put in a room and Clare has ALWAYS been on time. Clare is down right amazing at what she does! She is honest, professional, patient, and her attention to detail is the reason why I’m SOOO glad I took my time to find a establishment that I could trust. Most establishments I came across looked ‘stuffy’ and very much into a artificial look. Not at Skin Pharm! You look super natural and not too over done (even though I’ve come to love the look of the swelling lol) Clare is very honest with what she feels needs to be done and listens to your wants and concerns. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so for me all of the treatments didn’t hurt at all—I would say the only one that had me jump a little was the photo facial and that’s bc the light is so bright lol but no pain at all!!!! Their pricing is so reasonable and at checkout the girls go over each charge and any pre booking refunds or promotions. I love it too that each month they have a promotion! And each month I think I have taken advantage of the promos!!! Oh and their skin care line—-OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! I didn’t have bad skin before I came in, just some hormonal acne and little redness. I first started on one product for my hormonal acne then a cleanser and recently I just purchased pretty much their entire skin care line. It’s medical grade, not harsh, great for all skin types, and I can use it all year long! I would have irritations around my eyes with eye creams and their eye serum is the first product that doesn’t irritate my eyes or give me a chemical burn. Skin Pharm has brought out a more confident women in me. I have struggled with self esteem and confidence issues my whole life and when I see Clare and all the beautiful ladies at Skin Pharm I feel loved for being me. They have treated me the same prior to any work done and I love that. Means so much to me when I find a women owned business that support and uplift other women for who they truly are and not what they have or look like ❤️

As you can see from my review it is beyond worth it to go to Skin Pharm and become a regular patient! I know I’m going to be a forever patient that’s for sure! You won’t be disappointed by the high level of service, professionalism from the entire staff, and the beautiful and relaxing environment they have created the minute you walk in. I LOVE...

I’ll start off with saying that it was a weird day and I hope not reflective of actual practices because their systems were down. This was my first visit to skin pharm. The visit started of by Chelsea saying that they system was down and she had no idea why I was here. Again, totally fine, I get global software shutdowns. But now that I’m reflecting on it, she probably also didn’t know any of the background that I had filled in forms online the day prior and she definitely didn’t ask for any clarification on medical history, product usage or warnings. With previous practitioners I’ve been to, this has always been something that we go through even when their systems are working to verify. That feels very unsafe to do if she’d never seen those forms and also unsafe to not verify as people usually do them in advance and things can change! Then I told her where I usually get Botox, pictures were taken and then she left the room to get the vials. I don’t know why I didn’t stop her before she started injecting me, but I have never ever had someone not explain what, where or how much Botox they were going to put on my face. Other practitioners have always taken their time, clarified exactly how many units, the placement, the impact, placed little dots on my face and shown me a mirror before injecting. After injecting, I realized she didn’t inject around my eyes, which we had briefly talked about, but would have been caught if we had actually discussed what the treatment should have been before getting the vials. I then asked questions about a different area that I’ve been considering, which she gave great advice on and didn’t push for additional treatment and adviced against surgical interventions. I appreciate that thought and care and would have loved more of that general level of care throughout the rest of the visit. I then walked out to the lobby and this was the first time I heard the price (which was similar to what I’ve paid previously without discounts from ASPIRE, which previous practitioners have used). But, at no point, either by Chelsea or the receptionist or on the receipt, is there any mention of how many actual units of Botox I was given. Overall, I feel like the level of communication was very subpar and although I should have asked more questions to feel comfortable with the experience, it shouldn’t be on the customer to push for what should be basic...

Such an AMAZING experience! I see Clare Taylor at Skin Pharm and she is so wonderful. I saw Clare in January for a consult and to discuss under eye filler and wedding skin prep. Clare was so thorough and thoughtful in her evaluation of my skin, listened to my concerns, talked through options, and helped me set a plan for my skincare/anti-aging/wedding prep journey. I ended up doing under-eye filler at that same appointment and I was blown away by the results! Such a confidence boost! During the procedure she talked me through everything she was doing and let me know what feelings to anticipate-- such a smooth and easy process. I immediately booked my next appointment with Clare for Botox and the experience was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Every time I see Clare I feel so cared for, heard, and understood. I plan to see her once a month for my monthly self-care treats.

As a mom to a child with a rare genetic disorder, it has been hard to put myself first since so much of my time is spent pouring in to the care required for my son. I can't emphasize enough how amazing Clare's energy is-- she is so kind and makes you feel like the most important person! If you are considering doing something for yourself, (or looking for a sign that it's time to do things for yourself-- consider this the sign) I HIGHLY suggest booking with Clare for a consult to determine the services that would work best for you and while you're at it, go ahead and do that thing you've been wanting to do for yourself-- you deserve it! Clare will take SUCH good...
