Repeat customer. Purchased a laptop last year. This computer is a beast!! Great deal. IBM THINK PAD intel I7 8th gen with 16gigs of ram 500 gig hard drive under $500! Hell of a deal. And this was actually a return. We first purchased a very basic comp under $150 but it wasn’t strong enough to support my needs. That comp was an I3 I think 200gig and can’t remember the ram but it wasn’t much. It had a hard time supporting HD streaming and downloading. So I returned it within the return policy with no problems what’s so ever. 100% of my original purchase went to my new purchase. They even lent me an HDMI cord and HD tv to find a suitable PC. So very hospitable very accommodating very pleasant experience.

Last I leave with this. We came back to check out inventory. And they have a great COVID response going on. And it fits well. They lock the front door and only let customers in when a sells rep comes available. So customer with rep. Great plan. And as I had wife and kids they all came with under that sells rep.

Store is always clean, prices are always clear to read on items behind counters, always staff to answer my questions and to ring me up and get me on my way in a timely manner - and located in the heart of downtown atlanta with plenty of parking all over and less than a block from the 5 points Marta station.

Here’s a hot (free) tip: Don’t leave until you ask to see their clearance selection (you’re welcome in advance - and no, this is not a “paid” review...ha) I’m just a satisfied regular Joe customer. Can’t say enough about this store.

My girlfriend pawned her laptop about a year ago, and it’s something she didn’t want to pawn in the first place, but we were having financial troubles. My girlfriend has tried her hardest to keep her laptop, without it being sold off to the pawn shop. We mistakenly got behind on it about a week ago, so she decided to call to see if they would hold it for her, and the Owner of this downtown store was completely entitled and rude. He did not try to accommodate her at all, he was very short and nasty about it, and it’s like he was ready to take her stuff and sell it. The rest of his coworkers were always negotiable, but he was just super rude. She worked very hard to keep her stuff, and it’s like the moment she needed only 2 days to pay it, he was ready to rip her things away. Then had the nerve to have an attitude about it.
