I have had the worst experience using this Target Optical. If you are thinking of using this place, DO NOT! Save your time and energy with these incompetent people. The older lady at the front has been nothing short of rude and condescending over multiple communications and especially when I was trying to schedule my first eye exam. When I was there for contacts she said I couldn’t do the fitting because I whipped down the surface of the sink And counter top (mind you covid and I’m about to stick contacts in my eyes!) saying in a frustrated voice how the whips I used weren’t for that and how they had a shortage. But literally they were right there next to the counter? After I apologized because what else was I supposed to do? She let me go through with it.. When I finally ordered with a different lady over the phone no called to let me know the card number she enter was wrong so a few weeks went by and, no contacts showed up.. so I called and the older lady said “my card declined.. then goes on to say, oh the number entered was invalid.” I’m shorting our conversation but again, this lady was unnecessarily rude and trying to make it seem like I was in the wrong. the next time I ordered contacts the younger lady helped me again but ordered two boxes of the right eye and none of the left. I am so fed up with the customer service here and the incompetence of these employees to do this job. I will not be coming back to this Target Optical and hope this review saves you...

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent experience at Target Optical in Midtown! I live outside of the city and wanted to ensure that I had the right address. When calling prior to my appointment, the young lady who took my call was extremely patient with me and given that Atlanta traffic is no joke, I appreciated in advance the wonderful customer service that I received! Once I arrived, everyone was very efficient in getting me checked in and providing assistance on next steps for my appointment with the doctor. Once with the doctor, she intently listened to my feedback on my eyesight and even took the time to find my prescription information from back in Chicago prior to moving down here. That was great. And when reviewing pricing, the associate who assisted me was phenomenal in helping me determine what the best options were for my contacts. That made an enormous impression on me as nowadays it’s all about upselling and she didn’t do that. Awesome.
