Westside Union Apartments — Local services in Atlanta

Hi everyone. Just wanted to share my experience of living at Westside Union. My husband and I have lived here now for over 7 months. Living at Westside Union has been an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a new home. The property is exceptionally well maintained from the beautiful landscaped grounds to the spotless common areas. Everything reflects a high standard of care.

Management and staff are extremely professional approachable and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction. Any maintenance requests are addressed promptly and thoroughly which gives great peace of mind. The community itself is quiet, safe and welcoming with respectful neighbors and a positive atmosphere. Aisha the community director and her team Jordan, George and Victor are absolutely amazing and bring years of experience making a large apartment community run smoothly. They are often at every community event as well so it's a great feeling to see management active with the community!

The amenities are absolutely excellent including amenities like a resort style pool a modern fitness center and a great secure parking garage. My personal favorite is the beautiful pet spa (which is always clean) love the warm blowdryers to dry the dogs great feature! The location is incredibly convenient close to shopping, dining and major highways.

Overall, Westside Union offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community. If you're looking for a place to call home, this is definitely where you want to be the special curated events by chef Pedro and artist Colm are top tier. The food is 5 star gourmet with events happening almost every week! Not only food events but yoga and weekly Pilates! The building is maintained well with landscapers often seen taking care of the buildings landscaping and the amazing cleaning staff that is seen throughout the week working inside the building.

I would also like to address some concerning reviews I have seen from others. The vehicles that were broken into were not parked inside our secure parking garage. These vehicles were parked on the public street in front of the building... This is midtown Atlanta parking your vehicle in a public area overnight is always a risk especially when you leave high value items in plain sight! This goes for any major city not just Atlanta!!! In no way was this the apartments problem as they do not own a public street. Do not let the reviews fool you the parking garage here is extremely secure and gated tightly to where a person can't even fit through the bars. The building is extremely secure and requires key fab entry as well as key fab access to even use the elevators to get to the apartments!

Another key feature is the team keeps the trash to a minimum the trash rooms are often looked at and kept free of lingering trash bags. Ive heard nightmares of other apartment complex's where trash is piled up NOT HERE!!! Trash trucks come almost daily to pick up trash. The hallways and trash rooms are scented with built in diffusers located all around the property. This is creates a warm cozy home feeling and smells like a tropical vacation at the same time!

From start to finish Jordan made my experience at Westside Union truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited about choosing a unit I genuinely loved. Out of all the apartments I considered, Westside Union stood out because of her. Before I even made my decision, she made me feel at home.

From the very beginning, Jordan was incredibly accommodating. I initially booked a virtual tour without realizing the proper process, but she still made it work happily and without hesitation. During the tour, she was detailed and thorough, answering questions I didn’t even know I had yet. It was clear she knew her stuff and was truly an expert in her field. She even asked me the right questions, helping me figure out the floor plan that would best suit my lifestyle.

When I finally applied I had a few hiccups in the process, but Jordan was patient, reassuring, and encouraging the whole way through. I was indecisive about choosing between the 8th and 9th floor, and I asked to see both more than once. Not once did she make me feel like I was being a burden she was supportive and genuinely just wanted me to be 100% happy with my choice.

I flew into Atlanta last minute to see the units in person, and when I let her know, she told me she had a packed schedule that day but she’d stay after hours to personally give me the tour. And she did just that. Meeting her in person confirmed everything I already felt over the phone warm, bubbly, and truly invested in her customers. She walked me through the building like it was my first time seeing it and made sure I saw every detail. Westside Union is a stunning property, but Jordan is what made the experience so exceptional!
