If I could give them Zero stars I would. Walked into the Tom Ford store yesterday at around 6:30 with my fiance looking for a tuxedo for our wedding (Made to Measure). There were only 2 associates there (a caucasian and African American). The Caucasian associate was with a customer (who I guess was a regular cause he knew his name - Dave) so I understand he couldn't help us - but the natural thing to do is say - "Hello welcome to Tom Ford" or something. But nothing.
Then there was an African American associate who was doing inventory 5 feet from where I was. He looked up at us (made eye contact with me) and looked straight down and continued doing his inventory. We stood there for a good 5-10 minutes and no acknowledgment.
Then that associate left and went to the shoes section to continue doing inventory and my fiance went to the shoes section and stood there hoping he would say "Hi" or anything. But nothing.
For a brand that touts its customer service, TF Atlanta has failed miserably. I'm not going to sit here and try to determine the root cause of this failure nor create any subjective guesses because I really don't know why they didn't even bother to say hi let alone help me find a Tuxedo.
Needless to say, corporate is going to get a nice...

Bought T logo-plaque bracelet, definitley wouldn't recommend buying as there isn't a clasp and without a doub it will fall off your wrist, and it fell of my wrist first day of wearing it. Contacted Tom Ford support and asked if there was anything they couold do, even offer some kind of discount to buy a replacement (which I'd have to take to a jeweler and pay to have a proper clasp added) and this was there response (but at least they encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions :)

Managed by a fashion-illiterate “manager” who clearly has no knowledge of the products they sell—not even the basics. Imagine walking into a Tom Ford store and having to educate the staff on their own merchandise.
I reported an issue with a cardholder, only to be ignored for over 15 minutes while the so-called manager was too busy hanging out on the phone. When he finally decided to grace us with his presence, instead of helping, he condescendingly lectured me that the cardholder was for business cards—even though that’s not how it's sold on Tom Ford’s own website. Shocker: I called customer service, and they confirmed he was completely wrong.
Beyond the abysmal service, Tom Ford’s quality is questionable at best—this cardholder felt cheaply made, and after this experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if the entire brand is coasting on its name rather than craftsmanship.
Luxury? Not even close....
