BE AWARE.vivial is nothing but scams.i really don’t Know how they have the 5 stat rating.maybe for my Luck they end up trashy.there sales team 1st came To our business and started with $100 build a website and $2000.00 monthly.then after going back And forth they agreed $100 and $1500 monthly. Then after I have researched That was crazy to high.The sals team has promised at the end that If I sign up that day that they will do $100 and $500 Monthly and It will take 4 to 6 weeks to finish and during This 4 to 6 weeks I can cancel any time with no penalty.so I have accepted and told him put all this in the contract and Send it to me.not even after 15 minutes he left and I have received a text on my phone that my card was Charged $850 from vivial.i have called the sales guy Right away and he said oh don’t worry this is only a deposit to start on ur website and as soon as I get To my office I will send you the contract and he said I will even make the 4 weeks to 90 days.so any way Make the story short I start getting emails that hi vivial trying to call me about the website but no one Answering the phone.so at 1st I said maybe I was Some place that my phone wasn’t getting service Then I keep getting emails again.then I have responded to the emai and put my number and said How come I’m getting every one else call but yours? After 2 weeks this guy called me and said ur website Is complete it.i said how?guy never send me the contract and this website that you have send me for Approval Is all miss spelled and is 100% different from what the sales guy showed me from different Places that he claimed vivial mad all this website. The guy that send me the web he said this is what It is and ther ones is more money.so I said never Mind this is BS and I don’t want it and sense nothing Been signed I want my deposit back and vivial said You have signed a contract and is a don deal.i have called my Credit card and explained The situation And they have dispute the charge and said this sounds like a big scam.then vivial send me some Paper With I don’t know Who signature on it any To this date they harassing me for balance witch Good luck to them.i will report this to BBB and who Ever else that needs to know what this people doing. Read moreI was super excited to sign up with this company and thought that what they would bring for us would be exactly what we needed. But as a franchise, I have a company in place through corporate that handles some of the stuff that I would be paying considerable more for. During the on boarding call, I was unable to give them access to the website and online accounts that they were wanting to use to set up our companies SEO because they are exclusively handled by the other company. We are a small business, so as you know every dollar counts. We had just opened mid November 2020 and so hadn’t been able to see if what was already being done is enough to launch us into the Google world. Well, I have been trying to cancel my account for about 2.5 months now. I’m working with Marica as my sales rep and she was great but now that the narrative has changed to “I can’t afford duplicate expenses at this time”, everyone is dodging my call and looking at someone else to handle. I signed up mid Jan and was charged for that. Requested to cancel account and spoke with Ben and Scott, Marica’s manager, about it and it seemed that it was all in the works to be resolved. But I have just been charged another $495 for March payment. Wasn’t charged for Feb, so no one has done anything to at least freeze my account so that I won’t continue to be charged. We ended the on-boarding call as soon as I told them about not being able to give them access and so these past few months there hasn’t been any movement on my account at all. Just charges. I’m about to get an attorney involved because I’ve called Allison in billing left multiple messages and now she isn’t returning my calls either. This is ridiculous. It doesn’t take this long to issue a refund or cancel an account. Am I going to have to cancel the card and go thru that whole process of changing my banking info? And I’ve discussed with them the possibility of using them when I see if the company that I already have doesn’t do enough to make our company stand out online. Read moreOne of our employees knew someone working for Vivial so we went ahead and signed up for services being told and made a lot of promises from the sales rep, Jason. We were told they would start working on our website and have a rough draft of the website done within 10 days, 10 days went by and I called them to see where the website draft was and Anna had responded to my email with “ The website takes 30 days to get the draft ready for review, so after 33 days went by I finally received “the what I thought was going to be a rough draft” of a very similar website to what we currently had however the draft looked honestly like they took our current website and took all the important details off and just took a few of the items off the website and made a new one with far less detail. I immediately called Anna and asked if this was the draft website that took them 30 days to pull together, she responded with “Yes, that is what you were sold with your marketing plan however if you don’t like the work, we have done so far we can see what it would cost to do a 7 or 10 page website for your company”. This company was very slow to respond to any emails, avoided calls and didn’t return messages, I feel I was told something much different than I received and when I tried to go back to my sales rep, I was informed he was no longer with the company. In addition, we were guaranteed we would be satisfied or a refund would be issued, it was more than obvious the company was dragging their feet and buying time, but then they even admitted and agreed that the website they presented to us was less that satisfaction in comparison to what we currently had, after promising a major improvement. When I reached out wanting to cancel, then again the feet dragging and buying time for themselves continued. When we were contacted, they continued to try to sell their service with I was adamant I wanted to be refunded. This went on for over a month, all the while I was told I would be refunded , they continued to charge our card while absolutely NOTHING WAS PRODUCED!
