Walked in the store at 5:40p, and the first employee tells us “Hello, we’re closing in 10 minutes.” (Store closes at 6p) Not 2 minutes into my wife shopping, another employee comes over and tells us they are closing soon. Felt extremely uncomfortable shopping yesterday. I hate being followed around a store while other customers can shop freely. Staff needs to be trained properly to not show bias or be more discreet if you’re going to treat people this way. I’m on vacation shopping and I felt like criminal being stalked around the store.
