Visited store after morning plane travel to Baltimore for medical appointments at John’s Hopkins the next day. Went to store shopping the boutiques around the hotel and was stared down by a customer in booty shorts( with me in my conservative fitted tee, jeans, and cardigan). After the other patrons were gone, I mentioned the discomfort I had experienced when entering the store to the stylist/ consultant/ check-out-person. I was told by the store check-out-person, “Sounds like you need an upgrade.” It was a Pretty Woman experience for someone that makes 10 + times the check-out-person of the store and was so appalled by the behavior that I could not stay in the store and maintain cordial behavior. I left saying “Have a nice day,” which is much more polite than what should have occurred....

They can shop the store for you, put outfits together, and help you pair what youre buying with what you already own (a service that typically costs $$ in other places). I like style but shopping is overwhelming- they make it easy. You can tell them what youre looking for and when they get it in the store, they text you. They put a lot of their new items on their Insta, so you can shop from home, then go in to try things on and get some styling help. Affordable prices, and frequent sales. Support local business! I buy couple pieces since I was looking for some new pieces for this season . I should not buy it, but it is okay. I have been leaving inner Harbor since 2011, I couldn’t believe this still happening since there is a big diversity in the area.
This is the last time that I will visit The store . Unfortunately Over the years I have been visiting SASSANOVA, which I regret.
