Many years ago, my husband discovered HZ at their original location after a work meeting and was so impressed with their focus on quality as well as presenting innovative styles, that he purchased for my birthday present a very creative necklace. I was so impressed (thanks hubby for getting it right), that I had to check out the shop myself. And I got hooked… since this first surprise, I have been purchasing at HZ earrings, necklaces and other things mostly for myself, but also for friends. Where else can you find such a collection of rare (pearl) colors, materials combined in styles that make heads turn? All pieces have always been a “hit” for their attention to craftmanship and beauty. The customer service was tested the one time a pearl came lose. Wow! I called Holly about having a pearl earring repaired that I'd bought there for my wife on our wedding day. She said sure bring it in. Then, I was blown away when Holly tracked me down with just my name and phone number. She emailed me to let me know their hours since COVID has impacted them. I went in today thinking I'd need to drop the earring off and she proceeded to fix my earring right then. I had a necklace I hadn't bought from HZ and had asked to pay to repair it.
