I lived at limestone court for 2 years. It was my first apartment experience, and boy was it horrible. Here’s why.
Broken kitchen. The kitchen situation at limestone was terrible. When we moved in, hinges were broken, and parts were missing. Maintenance did eventually come in and fix the cabinets. Refrigerator. Our refrigerator had broken brackets, and thus storing items was difficult. It also just stopped working THREE times. Had to replace everything in the fridge, worth hundreds. Maintenance said they would replace the fridge. We waited 3 months just to find out they never put in the order. Horrible communication. Horrible communication. No on site office, email lead time is often days. Bugs in the walls. We had a bug issue in the cabinets, and saw them coming from holes in the wall. Maintenance didn’t take this seriously, used air quotes to address this. Felt like they were mocking us. Very rude experience. Tried to charge me for throwing out my own trash at move out. They said I was throwing out too much trash and wanted to charge me. I threw it out anyways. Misc. Almost no lighting, seriously. I spent plenty on LED light replacement, No AC (oh my god it gets hot here), no airflow in the den, very loud. No amenities besides a bad gym. Parking garage broke like 4 times. The alarms are broken. The fire alarm went off a lot. And for no reasons. I chatted with the firefighters one time and they know this building has false alarms most of the time. They upped my rent by over $600. What. “New” washing machine broke a couple times.
I’m a very open and generous reviewer. I’ll give this place two stars only, and only because there’s a lot of space in these units. But honestly, for a downtown Bellevue “luxury” apartment complex, this feels like the dump.
Avoid! You can get better units in the area...

However, when building top notch quality hardware was not the priority so the windows are horrible quality which means that the sound of the large intersection of 108th and 10th is something that will keep you awake until midnight and back awake at 4am when the buses start running. The windows are a blessing in the summer because they are the only thing that lets the breeze through. Portable air conditioners can be rented which is nice but installation is a huge pain especially given the way the windows open. Packages are stolen with moderate frequency, cars have been broken into multiple times, and the elevators are insanely slow. Loved the apartment if it were located at a more quiet intersection or with thicker higher quality windows things might be a different story but I just can’t sleep...even with ear plugs (yes...
Read moreNot a great place. The management group is lacking - the woman Jody who is the lead is indifferent and borderline hostile to requests. The online portal to arrange appointments for things to be fixed give you time slots for someone to come from the management team, usually the next day, day after and day after that. They won't show up for weeks. If you talk to anyone in the apartment they'll all agree the portal is a joke. Old building that has recently had many flooding issues, and the fire department comes all the time due to entire building evacuating fire alarms going off monthly. The elevators are often if not 100% of the time broken, rendering only 1 working at any given time. Building is old, and probable mold due to how often pipes burst and break. Beware old building. Short term is fine. ...
