I have been looking at 100's of different types of chairs for my office over the last 12 months, I knew what I wanted but did not feel like I could make the right choice anymore after my third serta desk chair from officemax broke down and wore down in less than two months,

I wanted to stop bleeding money on poorly made, but convenient desk chairs and spend a bit more on a chair that fits my wants / needs since I spend about 12-14 hours daily working remote for my company and my back, butt, legs and knees are starting to hurt

Just went to Herman Miller's website, started looking around and Chris, one of their high level sales / design experts connected w/ me through their Chat Support feature, which usually for many online stores, are a choppy joke and dont feel like there is a human being on the other side.

BUT if you are having questions / want to know what style/design/features to add or remove to your office chair, PLEASE use this chat support tool. Chris was to the point, knew exactly what I was looking for without me having to explain, and went out of his way to ask me choices that would save me money and time

So the office chairs are expensive, no other way to say it. But... You get what you pay for.

I have been researching these chairs for a very long time and wanted an Aeron or Embody, but needed to sit and try them before spending this kind of money. Krysten helped me, showed me all the features and really helped me make my choice. Going into this I wanted the Embody, but thanks to the experience of sitting in them and working with Krysten we chose an Aeron.

I had great experience visiting this store. Ivy was incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered questions without any pressure to make a purchase. After the visit, I have a much better understanding of what chairs and desks I need. Although I didn't purchase anything on that day I'll definitely consider shopping here in the near future.
