I won a Stio jacket at The Boston Outdoor Expo in April and when I came in to pick up the jacket I was met with the friendliest staff I've ever come across in a retail store (Abraham was particularly amazing)! As a former employee of Stio I was very disappointed by the customer service shown to my family and me. The sales rep barely looked at us while she was checking us out and was focused on the previous customers order. On a recent business trip to Boston was happy to finally get to this store. I've bought a couple of things online and was lucky on the sizing, but it's really nice to be able to try on a variety of items and really see the great quality up close. The staff super friendly and patient and I ended up getting a couple of great pieces. Very happy with this store - too bad there isn't one in NYC...
