I had the pleasure of working with Mary Ellen from International Specialists to clear my 1992 Suzuki Cappuccino through customs. I was late to start the process and she was super helpful in explaining what I needed to do ASAP and what could wait until the vehicle arrived in the US. She was no nonsense and explained everything exactly how it was / priced everything very fairly. Her email / phone communication was fast and informative, and she had an answer to every question I had. Then once the car cleared customs I had my paperwork to send to the DMV for registration within a week, and she coordinated with my shipping broker to get the car transported as soon as possible.

Very informative and helpful initial consultation; Mike and Theresa were pleasant and professional during our phone conversation. I will be doing business with ISI based on multiple factors, including; knowledge, expediency, honesty, clarity, professionalism, services provided, cost and others. UPDATE: Now that I have contacted ISI to begin working through our business needs I have been literally hung up on twice by Theresa on purpose. I was hung up on during our conversation and subsequently called back thinking a possible bad connection occurred when I was met with a phone picking up and then being slammed back down.
