I like Todd Snyder, and the staff was nice enough. This review is really to highlight the store's myopic and frankly idiotic return policies. I initiated a return online but then decided to come into the store to return, as I thought it would be nice to shop for something new. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they couldn't process the return bc I had already initiated it online... that I had to mail it back, and that they couldn't convert it over to an in-person return. And there I was ready to spend money... I walked immediately out without spending a dime, and I'll likely shop competitors first for awhile. Just a puzzlingly bad...

Lovely store. Wonderful merchandise. I greeted staff upon entering the store and both my husband and I were not acknowledged. Staff did not ask if we were looking for anything in particular or what size we were looking for. Needed assistance with sizes and approached a staff member at cash wrap and she did look in back and said they didn’t have the size. Did not offer to order and ship to home. Honestly no customer service. If I remember right, we felt the same way on a previous visit to the store. Went down to Rag and Bone and was welcomed and helped in a five star fashion. Stunning store and great quality pieces. Their products may be at higher price points but Todd Snyder has been one of the only brands I can find with 100% wool products without any plastic.
