It was our first time shopping at a Mancini's Sleepworld. Ryan greeted us with a kind smile, told us how the store was set up with a color system to easily identify firm, medium, and soft mattresses, and then left us alone to look around and try. He checked in with us periodically, but we didn't feel any pressure. He answered our questions and even pointed out a less expensive brand mattress that was comparable to the top-of-the-line brand mattress we had originally planned to buy, but were hesitant once we saw the price. They have an awesome 365 day return policy which also doubles the warranty of any mattress if you purchase a mattress protector from them. So, of course, we took advantage of that. And for a reasonable $50 fee they will deliver and set-up our new mattress and take away our old mattress, so that was also something we said yes to. The Citrus Heights location has only been open for three weeks.
