The baddest customer service I have ever experienced. I made my order and received confirmation what time it would be ready! My Wife drove almost 30 minutes to pick it up. Samantha good as she felt to Not do her job today, lied and said she called me and my order was cancelled. When talking to the so called manager Scott I see who she's led by. Had ya'll called me and high as gas is WHY WOULD WE DRIVE SO FAR TO PICK UP OUR FOOD. They NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT US AGAIN...FYI YOU NEED BETTER LEADERSHIP TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE. I had a door dasher deliver my pizza and when I didn’t answer my door he opened my door and let out my big, not so friendly to other animals, dog. Who opened someone’s door!? Then he refused to leave when I said get off my property and leave my home. Anyways I called Pizza Hut and talked to Scott and was told I had to give the order back to the driver if I wanted him to leave. I said I’ve already opened and used it to try to entice my dog to come to me. He’s said it’s ok just give the order back & he will be forced to come back to Pizza Hut as a refusal. So I did then I proceeded to ask for the order again be delivered by someone else of course and I requested compensation for this man violating my privacy and releasing my dog. They wouldn’t do it and I still had to pay FULL price for the order now 2 hours after originally ordering it. They said I could get a refund from door dasher since they are the ones who did it. Came back out to the truck and looked at the app, which stated the order was ready. My husband went back inside and he was then told that they gave our order to someone else via doordash. They asked my husband if he would like them to remake it, and he said "yes, otherwise my wife is going to be pissed," and walked out to the truck to tell me. I wasn't happy but mistakes happen and I can deal with that. We sat there another 20min. I then walked in and asked if our order was ready when they tell me that the gentleman that came in (my husband) said that he didn't want us to remake it, I had my husband come in and asked him what the conversation was and he said he told them to remake it.
