My five year old daughter and I were so excited to go into this store. What an awful experience we had. We were greeted by an unpleasant lady who told us in a very snotty way that they were closing soon. She never told this to the people that came in behind us. While we were looking around, my daughter touched a hat. The lady rushed over and removed my daughter's hands from the hat and told her that she was messing the hat up. Then, she said, "And if you mess it up, your mommy will have to pay for it." All my daughter did was touch the hat. I saw her. She did not damage the hat in any way. What a horrible lady to grab a little girl's hands and to be so rude. I went in there to purchase things. I have purchased things in there before and have never been treated so awful. I will never return to this...
