Anthropologie — Local services in Columbus

Pretty poor customer service at this location, especially for the price you pay. Staff don't acknowledge you, you have to flag someone down to ask for help. In the dressing room I asked the attendant to grab me another size of pants, she never came back or acknowledged that she forgot when I saw her later. Cashier was also curt (especially for a $250 transaction for just 2 pairs of pants) & dismissive when I asked her a question about a product that totally could have been an extra sale made for her at the register.

My wife was trying to shop at Anthropologie, but was just asked to leave. She was told it was because she had several kids with her, including my son Rocky who has an intellectual disability. She was just trying to do some quick shopping and even had tablets for the kids to keep them busy. They told my family that they were not welcome. I am currently in a different state, so I am unable to stand up for my family other than to leave a Google review. I want to echo the other review left today as I was quite flabbergasted by the behavior of a staff member at this location tonight by a woman wearing a blue shirt. She was curt and borderline aggressive while asking us to leave the store because they are “closing soon.” In what universe has this ever been a part of respectable closing procedures? I’ve never had a stellar experience at this location but this was truly awful. It’s not fair that a customer goes shopping to spend their hard earned money and have to worry about staff being cruel to them.
