Alto 211 — Local services in Dallas

Honestly I love this building. I was born in 1973 and have seen the development of this establishment for a long time. This building has always stood out to me due to the location and the uniqueness this building has to offer. As a multi figure investor into real estate I can only fathom the roi this establishment is able to accumulate.

I’ve recently took a tour of this building with Jacob I believe. Such a wonderful guy and very charismatic ! He toured me around the building for a possible lease opportunity for a room and I absolutely love how each floor is designed and honestly the most important thing to me was the cleanliness of the entire building from everything I saw. Alto should better manage the building and the leases. Besides requiring janitorial services, the building is in need of elevator and stairway maintenance for safety reasons. I would like to comment on their leases and tenants. Their lack of ensuring only tenants with reputable backgrounds and businesses has affected many people in Dallas. People and businesses have been taken advantage of by their tenants, and to put it straight, have been ripped off. Clean up...
