DISAPPOINTING. I had an extremally unfortunate time at this establishment. I was excited to go as a birthday activity but barley any of the bracelets and rings that I wanted fit me. For context I wear a large in gloves and the bracelets wouldn't make it past my hand. I finally found one that I liked and fit me and they explained that it fit because the charm was literally 4 times bigger than the rest of the bracelet charms. Meaning it had a larger circumference. To me that is absolutely ridiculous. They are basically saying that if you aren't small and petite, you do not belong in their store. I bought the bracelet and some earrings and called it a day. I wanted something to remember my trip to Dallas which is why I purchased them. Unfortunately, the bracelet kept loosening after I tightened it and would not stay on my wrist. I ended up returning it the next day. The rings were also a huge let down as I wear a size 8 and none of their size 8 rings fit. I do truly believe they have vanity sizes as I've never had to go up to an 9 before. And the only 9 rings they had was ONE dish in gold meaning I didn't even have the option to select a silver ring to match the bracelet and earrings that I bought. I would NOT recommend this place or return. When asked if they would be becoming more size inclusive, they side stepped the question and didn't provide a direct answer. Instead they blamed it on the vendors they choose...
Read moreI am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience here. I never take time to write reviews-especially bad ones but I’ve had the worst experience here. I decided to get a permanent bracelet from here since they have the charm I wanted. I already have a permanent bracelet and anklet from another place. I drove the hour to visit as my friend told me about this place. After I got my “permanent” bracelet the charm fell off in less than 30 days. Since it’s an hour away I did not bother getting it fixed by them and reattached the charm myself. Well after having this bracelet for less than three months it has completely broken off. The chain snapped one night while I was doing nothing. I am extremely upset as my other permanent bracelet is on the same wrist and hasn’t ever had an issue in the two years I’ve been wearing it. I called the next day asking for a new chain as a $90 bracelet should last longer than 3 months. I was told they would take a look and determine if they would replace it since it’s past the 30 days technically the replacement wouldn’t be covered unless it is deemed a special circumstance. I am not going to drive an house for a maybe they’ll help an unsatisfied customer. I am frustrated that this “permanent” bracelet that was significantly more expensive than my other only lasted 3 months. My friend also purchased a necklace from there that same day and was also left disappointed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO...
Read moreI decided to help support a small local business after going to the farmers market when I visited Dallas. I purchased this bracelet yesterday and noticed the clasp became undone not three hours after my purchase. I hadn’t gotten my arms wet or stay too long in any amount of heat. I reached out to customer service for Niki Smith Designs and they said they cannot do anything to fix it and won’t offer an exchange because the item was on sale. Craftsmanship is SUPER POOR QUALITY and they proudly stand by it. Don’t bother wasting your money. Do NOT buy jewelry from here. Amazon has a better return policy and their similar products last so much longer. Their lack of concern for new items purchased is disheartening. An item purchased and broken within the same day should warrant concern to even try to fix. I was really hopeful based on the reviews but feel like I completely wasted my money. I knew when they promised their jewelry wouldn’t tarnish but offered only a 30 day return policy and a super short warranty on their products, I shouldn’t get it but their online reviews made me go for it. I was trialing their jewelry to see if I wanted to purchase gifts for my bridesmaids but these products are a definite no. Their promise of high quality, tarnish free jewelry at this price point is too good to be true....
