My boyfriend wanted to buy me a pair of earrings and we went into this Jewelry store. I tried on two pair of earrings and a young gentleman was helping us. All of a sudden, this woman said she will take over the sale. I wanted to try on a third pair of earrings and she said, “you can just hold them up to your ear because I am not going to clean another one for you, you’ve tried on too many already”. And by clean, I mean spraying alcohol on the post of the earring. Much to my surprise, I said “are you being serious?“. And her response was yes “you are only allowed to try on one and I have allowed you to try on many and I don’t care if you buy them or not”. In return, I said “are you the owner?”. Her response was, “I will be very soon” The pair that I was looking at was over $100 and no one else was in the store. It certainly wasn’t like she was busy. I honestly loved the earrings and wanted to have them, but principal took over. She would not reveal her name. Hmmmmm, I wonder why. 😂. To the true owner of this store, I would hope that your current employee who claims to be the ‘soon to be owner’ would be a lot more accommodating and actually want to make a sale. She told me that if I filmed inside of ‘her’ store, that she would call the cops. The picture that I am posting was taken outside of the store.

Edited. Just after a few hours of writing this, we spoke to a few people in this small town who know all about everything and everyone. This store is family owned and everyone said nothing but fabulous things about the current owners but something else about the daughter who is going to take over a business that was handed to her by her mommy and daddy. With her lack of customer service skills and down right rudeness, good luck to the other family members. You may make a ton of money during the Sturgis rally but what about the other 51 weeks...
