Boutique is pretty, but customer service was poor.

She was not helpful at all when I was shopping, and she forgot to apply their original $10 discount for over $50 purchase at cashier. I mentioned it, but she said she can not apply it after credit card transaction. I had to give up to get $10 discount for her mistake. Surprisingly no apology, she didn't look sorry at all also.

Yesterday I was shopping at the Denver location on the 16th Street Mall and had trouble using a gift card that was purchased at a different store in another state.

Austin, the assistant manager who was working at the time, was so patient and kind and did everything he could to help make the situation right. I appreciated his help and left the store more than happy with my shopping experience.
