I Heart Denver — Local services in Denver

I went in here and bought 2 shirts along with some postcards while in Denver on NYE and I accidentally had left the bag in a coffee shop near by. When I realized I left it I went back and it was gone as I suspected. I checked in to see if anyone turned it in at the coffee shop and they said no. The next day I called the I Heart Denver store to see if someone possibly brought it back there and the manager said no but he would check around for me and he took my name and number. Later he called back telling me the he looked around 16th Street Mall and asked around and couldn’t find it, which was expected. I would just like to say that the customer service is amazing and they have really cool things. It was very nice to have someone volunteer to look for something that I had lost. I came in for a couple gifts for family and had such a fun time personally shopping through. The gift shop is located in the Pavillions mall on the second floor towards the back. Their whole selection went above and beyond my expectations honestly. I got 2 coasters, and a magnet, and the cashier kindly wrapped up seperately for me.

I don’t usually shop for souvenir/gift stuff because I travel too much to collect, but every now and then I pass through shops but I haven’t seen such a good gift shop in a while. Section are super organized and they’ve got magnets, stickers, games, hats, mugs, books, board games, coasters, and way more. Side note, if you purchase anything from any stores, the clerk should point out on your reciept the code to enter...

What a fantastic store and even better people. Not only does it have a unique selection of local artists and gifts (lightyears BEYOND anything you could get at a souvenir shop) the people that work there are fantastic and customer service is top notch. We purchased 2 prints from local artists - my kids selections for their vacation souvenir, and then I left them on the plane. They have not been located, so I emailed the store with a description of what we purchased and if it would be possible to repurchase and get them shipped to store. Not only did they respond within an hour, they sent photos to confirm they had the right art and processed the transaction by phone in less than 5 minutes. THAT is customer service....
