I entered the shop at 15th street, and was greeted with a smile by Cyan, who kindly made sure I had enough assistance. I wore them on a 4 day work trip (think walking through airports, and around town a bit) and they were blown out in multiple spots, and the laces coming apart. Obviously really poorly made. I reached out to the shop to see if they could help and they told me they'd put in a warranty claim with Lems. About a month later I checked in and they said they were still waiting to hear back.
