Any one of the purple Haze smoke shops that can be found around the Denver metro area are well worth your time. Each one has its own curated " vibe" so if you find you're not meshing with a shop, you don't have to travel too far to find another. This shop for example, has that classic dark room neon glass, college tech stonor vibe. I personally am not a huge fan of the selection of the stuff they have here. It says a larger emphasis on dabs, and mass-produced smoking rings at this location. However, it makes it one of the more affordable ones, especially if you're looking for a gift. I got my brother a baby Yoda silicone bong from here and it served him well through all of college (as far as I'm aware). I can't put my finger on it, but I love the fact that it's made out of what I think is an old bank or ATM drive-thru. This is based on my memory of the old geography of the area from when I was a kid, but I've always been a sucker for repurposed buildings like that. The interior is a bit cramped, so if you're someone who is claustrophobic you may want to peer in the window and get a good sense of the place before entering. Also, this purple hair shop always smells like incense so if that's something you're sensitive to, it's something to keep in mind. Personally, it's one of the main reasons I will keep returning to this location, as I find incense soothing and it helps me deal with some of the other difficulties I may encounter during my transaction. And as with every purple Haze location, staff is friendly, educated, and understanding. I call this location to find out about a product then proceed to get into an argument with with the male at this location after trying to tell him of my experience and him being very disrespectful and dismissive of everything I’m saying.. he said that says all the locations close at 8 when google clearly still says 10pm on Sunday.. ok if there was a misunderstanding.. sorry about that experience we normally close at 8 on Sunday so google must need to get updated. Instead these nothing but attitude with what do you want me to do? Read moreI bought a sourin drop ($35) and lava juice ($40), what they recommended to go into the drop. After 3 weeks it stopped firing. It still charged and after getting multiple new pods, still wouldn't fire. I took it back and told them what was happening. He looked at it, plugged it in, didn't do anything and then said, "3 weeks is pretty typical for this type of product". Then said we could look up my order by date and time so I could return it, when I said I'd like to do that and I have the exact date and time, he said, "well it would be really hard to find...", "I don't know if I have the authority to do that...", The excuses went on and on so I left. Thanks for the help 👍🏻 solid customer service 👌🏻 won't be coming back.
Update: figure out a way to take faulty products back to the distributor. This should have a 1 year warranty but nothing came in the box. This thing is way to expensive to replace...
