Our small company has been at six different co-working places in Denver. Modworks is our "forever home." What's better about Modworks?

Price. Even net of a monthly parking pass downtown, the office rent is less than the competitors'. Just-right level of community. At other places, "community" really means "we have a side hustle hosting super disruptive events in our space and don't care if that impacts our members." Members at Modworks are friendly, nice and engaging, but the focus is on getting work done. In over two years here, only once was there an event the had a (tiny) impact on me. Conference rooms and phone booths are actually available. Location is fantastic. Transit- and bike-friendly. Loads of lunch spots. John and Emily are incredibly flexible and accommodating. Suffice it to say, this is NOT the case at some of my other ex-coworking places where customers were treated with a mixture of neglect and/or mild contempt. Modworks has always put us first and always tries to find a way to say "yes."

Modworks is hands-down the best coworking space in Denver. I toured several spaces before settling on a final choice, and Modworks ticks all the boxes. It’s professional and modern (gorgeous views, clean design and reservable conference rooms) without feeling too corporate (locally owned, mix of newcomers and veterans, the owner brings happy hour drinks around once a week, dogs allowed). In a city increasingly overrun by both big box and aggressively laid back coworking spaces, Modworks is an invaluable resource for Denver. You look forward to working there every day so you can pet the owner’s adorable dog and take in views of the mountains, but you also feel right at home if you need to wear a power suit and bring a new client in for a big meeting. The Modworks pricing structure is also the most straightforward of any space in the city - they don’t nickel and dime you for basic office resources like time and conference space. Our Firm has been at Venture X for nearly 3 years, and the experience has been great! The office space is professional yet has a casual feel to it along with many conference rooms to choose from. There are many exceptional event spaces available including one with a view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Paul and Kai are great to work with and manage the property well! They are always planning breakfast, yoga, and happy hours for the community. They also partner with the Sheraton for your parking needs at a very reasonable price.
