I recently completed a reike session with Teresa Rudd, Reiki Master Shihan and applied QiGong Master Shodan. Having never received done reiki, I went in a bit apprehensive about what I would experience. When the session began, Teresa and I sat and talked and she clearly explained what could happen which released some of the anxiety. During the session, as I was experiencing clear visions and total support from Teresa, I became completely open to the session, which I feel opened me up to being totally present and having a willingness surrender. This session was absolutely one of the most life changing events that I have ever experienced. I was able to meet what I identified as my Spirit Guide. I was able to identify and release so much of the trauma and anger and resentments during my session all while Teresa fully encouraged and supported me. My plan is continue with Teresa and have another session. I cannot find the words to express how life changing this was for me. I came out with a completely different view of life, others, and even the physical environment. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Teresa if you are considering reiki. Also, the staff at the boutique were so helpful in explaining working with crystals. They were so open to allowing me to talk about my experiences and leading me to which crystals would be most beneficial for me.
