Manners Unknown would be more of a fitting name for this store. My boyfriend and I asked one of the workers who was at the register if we could each get our sizes for some shoes. She immediately looked at us with the display shoes in our hands and in a very rude tone said, "we don't just give away our shoes here!" We replied with a simple, "we understand", and said we were bringing the display for sizes. She took the shoes and headed to the back with another worker. As we waited for our shoes, we both had a very unsettled feeling about how this woman treated us. The other employee brought my boyfriend's shoes back to try on. While the rude woman quickly handed them off and walked away. I'm sure she must have had some sort of guilt for what she said, or at least I hope so. Luckily, for her, the employee who helped us with our fittings was beyond awesome. I mumbled to my boyfriend that she was the saving grace for the store getting two sales from us that day. Employee followed my fiancee and i around the store and asked us 5-6 times if we needed help while we answered every time, we are just browsing thank you.
