Absolutely terrible customer service. Prior to trying on my dresses, the sales associate let me know that two of the dresses had broken zippers and to be careful since they’ve had broken zippers happening. She also informed me that if I wanted to get one of those, she would get me a percentage off. I noticed that another one of the dresses had the same issue so I immediately let her know prior to trying it on. When I showed the employee to let her know, she immediately accused me of breaking it and told me to be more careful and said that she saw all the dresses before giving it to me. When I explained I didn’t even get to try it on, she started going back and forth with me. I told her perhaps she didn’t catch it when she put it in the dressing room, I used to work in retail, so I completely understand. She began to become combative and said “I’m not about to argue with you and let you call me a liar.” I never called her a liar or argued with her. I’ve shopped here before and had a great experience, but this was absolutely unacceptable and I won’t be coming back. I have been a frequent customer here for about a year now and have made multiple purchases but today I went in and tried on a dress. After deciding the dress fit funny and had an extra piece of fabric I left. As I was leaving the store the employee ran up behind me and told me I had ruined the dress and had to pay a percentage of the dress. I was a little annoyed but I willingly walked up to the register and asked how much the dress was and if I could see the damage. The girl behind the counter then raised her voice with me and told me that because I was calling her a liar I could leave the store and never come back and let it come out of “her paycheck”. I explained to her that I was not upset with her personally and I understand it would come out of her paycheck so I will happily pay for the dress it’s just unfortunate the damage fell on me. She then threatened to call someone, not sure where she was going with that, and have me kicked out of the store....
