The Fourth Dimension — Local services in Glenwood Springs

I was on vacation in Colorado about two weeks ago. We went into 4th Dimension & it seemed to be a cool store. I bought a couple of groovy tank tops and on our way out, I saw a pair of half-moon earrings I decided to buy. When I wanted to wear them - a few days later, I realized that the earrings I purchased were both for the left ear! Hard to explain but they both curved to the left. The one (left) earring looked as it should but the right earring curved left right into my face! Obviously NOT as it should be. I obviously had purchased an earring card with two left earrings on it. On our way home we went through Glenwood Springs but it was still early & the shop does not open until 11:30. We were on a schedule & needed to get back home so I decided to call them later to work it out. Well… & this is the reason for the two stars… not only did they not answer the phone (& I made certain to call during business hours) but the voicemail box was full. No way to leave a message! This was three, maybe four days in a row that I attempted to get in touch with them! I am pleased with the two tank tops I purchased but pretty disappointed in the earrings that (unless you only want to wear ONE earring) were not wearable. NOT happy about it but when a business does not answer the phone & their voicemail box is “full” & only has a Facebook presence in lieu of a verifiable website? What can you do? I guess you do as I did & consider yourself ripped off! ...

Beautiful & uniquely curated boutique style store that I will absolutely be back to shop at again! This shop is a MUST GO while you’re in Glenwood springs! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is absolutely delightful ! I got a pack of greeting cards, and some fun stretchy pants. I tried on several other outfits though -and a magical dress. I drove back home (2.5 hours away) and couldn’t stop thinking about the dress. My family and I decided to visit Glenwood for the weekend which is beautiful. After an afternoon here we still hadn't had the opportunity to see one happy face, which made me sad lol... I had just got done telling my husband, man I expected at least one friendly person lol...Then we walked into this beauty and the owners hit us with the biggest smiles and positive energy! We had a great convo and I was all around happy again. I bought some really cute bracelets and since have told a dozen people about this little gem.
