I am just in shock at how crooked this company is when it comes to costs. I have been having issues with cystic pimples which is a quick fix, tiny amount of steroid injection, not a big deal, off and on for a few years. I used to see a Dr here that was great and took care of me, then I got an available Dr that not only didn’t fix any of the cysts, but left a scar on my face all in one visit. I was afraid to go back for a while but got desperate and had a new Dr help me with a couple cysts. She was nice and knowledgeable. One of the cysts needed more steroids so they got me back in with her quickly, I appreciated that. Until I got a bill stating I owed $700!???? New patient fee for $300 even though I was seen for the same reason as always, no consultation needed!!! Then because I went back to have the Dr put more steroid in, I got another “2nd visit fee” which was $200!! Why doesn’t anyone tell you will get a new patient fee and a 2nd fee??? If she would’ve just put a tiny bit more in, I would t have had to pay a 2nd visit fee. I feel like I’m just at a loss of getting help around here because they definitely have a small monopoly in this valley and now the trouble cyst is still there. Tiny amounts of steroid takes 5 min of their time and costs $700! I’m just frustrated and disappointed that the Drs, reception and nurses seem integral but the Corp. is crooked and I have no where to go or...

Your "medical" process is perfect. The recetion/client interface needs work. would suggest using submerged monitors or some way to eliminate the "hiding behind the barier" syndrom that is currently the case. Second, reformat the tablets to make the input process more user friendly and interactiTe third. Minimize the personal chatter on the reception desk in a way that foesn't kill moarale. Your practice and location are great, surrounded by the theatre, eating and shopping, i.e., a destination location. Focus on the front end people akills and demeanor to get to the nextlevel. P.S Your review process is great! Arrives by email promptly after service and allowa plenty of room for client input vs VVH list of questions that the CEO wants answers to ad not interested in client...

I highly recommend Glenwood Dermatology. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Walls. She is extremely skilled and the results always exceed my expectations. I was there yesterday and thought I needed a service which she advised against. Some places would have just taken my money, but she had my best interest at heart. The receptionist is also amazing. She saved me a lot by finding promos available. I didn't even ask, she was just looking out for me. The Dermatology assistant always asks if i want to be numb, which i decline for what i get.
