Very disappointed in this store. Bought a water line fitting that failed within the fitting itself. Caused water damage dripping down into drywall and in the basement of the home. I brought it back and showed them video of it leaking and dripping. They laughed and said not surprising - they got a "bad batch" of those recently, yet still refused a refund because it was used and not new. You can't make...

Best customer service ever. The employees are very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Had a key made just this morning in a matter of seconds. Excellent service at this location. Greeted right as I entered. The guys went and got what I needed off the shelf, as I was carrying my 1 year old. I asked if they had a cart to get to the truck, and they told me not to worry, they helped carry everything across the parking lot...
