Not impressed with the service received. We went in expecting the advertised $26 "pure pedicure". Once we were seated in the massage chairs, we were indirectly informed that in order to have our feet scrubbed, shaved and pampered, it costs $40 and for any type of massage along with the basic pedicure essentials, it costs another $10, totalling at $50 for the expected $26 pedicure we started with. There were language barriers and we struggled for a few minutes to make it clear what we wanted and did not want. We are confused as to what the $26 consisted of, just a toe nail trim? Along with the pricing confusion, the massage chairs did not work. They stopped every two minutes and it was a button pressing guessing game to try and get them to work for another two minutes. Aside from everything else, the general customer service was poor, one of the ladies stopped the pedicure she was doing to leave the building and take a phone call. I would not recommend this...
Read moreThis is a great nail salon if you need to make your nails look beach ready but don't want to fight crowds in a hotel spa. It's a small locally owned business with women that try to please their customers. Similar to other salons in the waikiki district, prices are not the lowest on island -- its in a prime spot in walking distance to all areas of Waikiki. The store was mostly empty upon arrival, and everything appeared clean and taken care of. The two other guests were enjoying 30 minute foot massages and seemed very happy upon leaving. I got a gel polish pedicure and manicure. Both were done as standard with cuticle care, heel buffing, basic massages, and careful polish application. The foot tubs didn't have bubbles, but were a nice hot temperature and the massage chair was super comfortable. Overall I left happy and got a nice set of beautiful nails to enjoy during my trip. Support local and try...
Read morePopped in with husband to get pedicures noticed The place did not look very clean. Did not want to judge so was walking out as a Lady asked why. I said “you don’t have plastic bags on your pedicure bowls”. She informed me that there were bags. We said OK decided to get the most expensive pedicure. She set a 15 minute timer for a foot massage which I thought was supposed to come with the pedicure. At the end of my service, she charged me 10 extra dollars for plastic bags and Hawaii fees Plus a 3.40 charge for using a credit card Was disappointed in the dishonesty of service prices. Felt sorry for the little boy that was in the back with no air condition And no attention That kept peeking out of Curtains. Not a...
