She began questioning us on what our relationship was. After she asked twice I responded that we are married and he is my husband. She gasped and then spoke to her coworker in Japanese and repeated “husband” in English and they both laughed. The aggressive one then asked us both which one was “the wife.” At that point we put the two pairs of $375 sunglasses down and I told her she was f…ing ignorant and working in retail in Honolulu she should be more tolerant. HORRIBLE experience at the coach store on the 1st floor. The Chinese lady there was trying to speak Chinese with my parents and then immediately started to judge us wearing flip flops. Come on, unlike you, we don’t work here and what’s the problem of wearing flip flops in Hawaii. It’s just a regular mall, not a fancy restaurant that people have to dress up for. She’s very arrogant and not professional. Focus on introducing your products instead of judging customers’ outfit. I hope the manager learns to train their employees...

Just open recently as the building was closed for renovations. There are several beauty shops from well-known brands to attract tourists. There is a coffee shop by the end side of the building.
