Lane Bryant — Local services in Jackson Township

Today I went in with my two year old. As we all know this is an adult store and kids get pretty bored.. I was there maybe 2 minutes and my son started to get antsy which started to frustrate me because I just needed a couple of things. A woman named Mary asked if she could give him some paper and a pen to help keep him occupied while I finished up. She is an Angel and the definition of good customer service. I would never expect this out of anyone and she went above and beyond my expectations....

This was not the greatest experience I’ve had in a lane Bryant. And I will not ever go back to this one ever. I had to use the restroom and if the restroom wasn’t open to the public they should’ve said so. The worker was rude and so was the store manager. I called and reported them both you think the lady over them both called me back!? Which I knew to expect nothing less..it’s just the principle. You’re a store, a business, have more class than that! But hey! I just won’t buy...

My mom and I went into this location the other day. The staff there was absolutely amazing when helping us out. We have never experienced such great vibes from such a great staff while shopping in a very long time. Not only did each staff member have a hand with assisting us with all our finds, they made our experience worth it! My mom received this heart felt letter in the mail today and I wanted to share! Great job Grove City! You have gained a life time...
