We have been going to this location for about 4 yrs and I always get a strawberry lemonade and there have always been 'free' refills. Lately, the last 'few' times we have been getting charged for this (which I have been disputing)This last time I mentioned something to the bartender, I told her that we have 'never' been charged for it in the past, and she tells us she'll have it removed. The next thing we knew, the 'MANAGER' rudely came over and brought a 'bottle of strawberry puree' and told us that this 'puree' was expensive and WHY they had to charge us for the 'extra refills'. I proceeded to tell him that we were not advised of this NOR is it on their menu that there are NO REFILLS ON FLAVORED LEMONADE! There are 'new' signs for their blueberry flavor WITH NO MENTION of NO FREE REFILLS (it could be listed somewhere but I couldn't find it). He proceeded to tell us that the bartenders were not doing their jobs correctly and we should be charged. (It was removed, however, if not we were planning on deducting it from the bartender's tip w/an explanation. We figured the mgr could compensate the bartender the difference). Again, if it were mentioned beforehand and it was listed on their menu we would have paid for it. Anyway, I go home and look up this 'expensive puree' and find out that it only costs about $13/17 oz bottle, that you use only a 1/2 to an ounce per cup!!! They charge $3.70 a glass....!!! APPARENTLY, this NEW PUREE IS GOING TO BANKRUPT THIS LOCATION and they must charge accordingly. Guess I'll be having water (bringing my own MIO to flavor it of course). Gave a 1 star for service because the MGR was...

So first I have to say that the blue cheese is amazing!! But ..... I ordered takeout and my order was completely messed up because the person that answered the phone. I asked the difference between the garlic sauces and she said that they were all the same. My wife wanted 5 garlic q so I thought to make it easier I would get the same sauce if all of the garlic were the same. I'm diabetic, so if I knew that it was a barbecue sauce I would have ordered something else. We also ordered the Korean shrimp starter but got and were charged for the plain shrimp platter. The lady that reviewed our order apologized but we couldn't stay for them to correct because we were in a time crunch. As far as the quality, some wings are big and some are small. So some are dry and overcooked because they are all cooked , so the big wings were tasty and the small ones were dry and over cooked. The fries were great and the shrimp, tasted good, although they didn't have the flavor we requested. The look of the place is great though!! If I were to go somewhere to watch a game or fight, I would definitely go there over Roosters or others because of the 3 extra large screens (along with all of the others) and the general layout. There isn't a bad seat in the room to...

This is somewhat of a mixed review. My friends had highly suggested and recommended this place to eat and drink.those friends who recommended this happened to a stopped in town from Arizona and suggested that we go here because the food is great. When we got there the waitress was pleasant and polite and taking our order, however as soon as the food was served and the beverages barely got on the table the check came around almost immediately. It felt somewhat awkward as we wanted to enjoy a few more beverages as we visited since my friends only come to Ohio once a year.we felt somewhat awkward staying there after the check was almost immediately given to us, so we didn't purchase any extra beverages. Outside of that, the place is nice and intimate, the food was great, and the beer selection was pretty good. I just wish that we would have felt a little bit more welcomed as we would have been more than happy to order plenty rounds of beer to enjoy while visiting.I am a bit hesitant to come back to this restaurant as I don't know if that is the standard form of service there. If it is, I will definitely pass in the future. However if I find out that this is not the standard, I will definitely give it an opportunity again as I do believe in...

From the moment I walked in I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The man who greeted and sat us was really nice. The bathroom was filthy. Toilet paper and paper towels everywhere both inside and outside the stalls. The mens bathroom had so much grease and dirt built up on the door from being pushed open. I seen the waitress before she was assigned to us. She carried a bowl to a table with her thumb inside the bowl and plate. She wasn’t cheerful or happy to be there. I seen her wipe her hands on her behind! They weren’t overly busy on a Sunday afternoon for her to be the way she was. The cups were greasy inside and out. We did try we really did, but when the appetizer came out… yea no. It was literally low quality over priced frozen food. We asked for the check and said we’d be leaving. She never bothered to ask why or if there was anything she could do. We were kind and still left her a nice tip but never again this place needs a good scrub and better staff.

My first time eating at Wings and Rings , I have to say I was pleasantly surprised . We were quickly greeted and seated . Our server Bree was at our table within 3 minutes to take our drink order . She was friendly and had some great menu suggestions. Ordered pretzel bites as an app. They were cooked to perfection and came out piping hot . The side of caso had just the right amount of kick to it. Son had the smoked wings, which did not even need a sauce they were so good . I had the black and blue burger, which again had the perfect amount of kick without being so hot it's uncomfortable to eat. Our food came put quickly and was cooked to perfection. I was not expecting this level of service or quality of food. While a bit more pricey than Roosters, it is definitely worth it . We will be back for sure . 2 meals and app and 2 drinks the bill was 63$ .

Went here 1st time yesterday.. I got great service.. Food was on time.. Big portions ... I had a Bella Burger.. It was cooked right and it was excellent.. I upgraded my natural cut fries to garlic and parmesan it was a great choice.. Chaved parmesan and plenty of it... Wife had steak and cheese quesadilla.. She got Bama Bbq sauce on the side.. She didn't care for it .. I put it on my Burger... Bama sauce is Mayonnaise based not Tomato it is not real sweet.. I love it.. I make it to put on my own Bbq here at home and it is nice to see I can get it here North of the Mason-Dixon.. Just happened to be Derby day yesterdy and they had a couple tv's tuned to Churchill that added to the experience.. They are kind of short on Draught selection but it will suit most patrons.
