I engaged Teton Tech to help with an iWatch exchange resulting from a degregated battery. My point of contact, Lee, was helpful and from the start. Throughout the process Lee kept me informed of status via both email and calls. And, for no other reason than he's clearly a very decent person, he kept apologizing for delays which were clearly caused by Apple's own delay in supplying the replacement watch. Impressed by Lee's/Teton Tech's approach, I brought them an old laptop with a file corruption problem requiring a wipe and reload of the operating system. Someone who works there doesn’t know what they’re doing. I was told over the phone I could do a walk in for a phone screen repair and it would take an hour. Only to walk in to find out not only do they not to walk ins but they have to take my phone for a few DAYS and transport it to another town. Don’t advertise one thing and then do anther.
