History Jackson Hole | Jackson Hole History Museum — Attraction in Jackson

What a beautiful space just steps off the town square! I took my brother, his wife and their two kids in early July. The 4 year old was fascinated by the different interactional displays, and the adults did our best to read the great displays (while chasing kiddos). We ended up pausing and having lunch at the Juicery nextdoor, but next time perhaps we'll grab take out and sit on their deck to eat and see the East side of the square from above and afterwards tour the museum. We are here in Jackson for one week and find this place is closed for all of April. Why??. We are two Australians on tour we cannot discover the history of the area. Please remember we will warn others visitors to this lovely town and there are many other US visitors like us out at the Aspens condominiums and none of us can visit in April. I will never be back in Jackson Hole as we will visit other parts of the US and Europe in our travels. Not even the visitors centre mentioned you...

This is a nice little museum. The displays are well done and full of interesting items. Unfortunately, it is just very small. Also, there is not much interactive stuff to keep the kids interested. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get. A family of 4 will spend $32. I think $7 for adults and $3 for kids would be a more reasonable price point given the...
