Will NEVER go back in this store! I work on Linn Station Rd and discovered this store 2 weeks ago when I was in search of a birthday gift for my daughter. So, today I went back in to see if I could find my mother a Christmas gift. I was followed around by the staff, a man and a woman, was ask if they could put my things behind the counter. Then it registered with me. They thought I was STEALING!! When I was checking out, I made it clear that I wouldn't be back bc of the way the made me feel. The man babbled a bunch of babble and the woman did not know what to say. I should have not of even followed through with purchase! I managed a retail store for some time. These people were so very unprofessional. I do understand people steal but, not me. They will never get anymore of my business and I will spread the word. What they failed ro realize is I to work at a family business and I too realize what word of mouth is...POOR Management and...

I purchased two identical Christmas gifts from this store and each item contained batteries when I handed the items to the sales clerk. Later when the gifts were opened, the batteries were missing! Apparently store clerk had removed both sets of batteries before packaging my purchases. Very disappointed in this "bait and switch" tactic! If I had known the clerk was going to do this, I would have gladly provided the gift recipients with batteries so the gifts would immediately functioned upon opening just like they did when I handed them to the clerk! I can tell you I will never step foot in this store again but if you do,...

Am here from Orlando, visiting a local and she ADORES this store ( her go to place for everything). Love the Halloween decor & selection.
