I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brian during my recent visit to Pandora inside Macy’s in Newport Centre and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, Brian was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. He even recognized me from a previous visit which was so nice!

What really stood out was the extra time and care Brian took to clean my jewelry. He went above and beyond to make sure each piece looked absolutely perfect, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such genuine pride in their work, and it made the whole experience feel extra special.

Brian was also extremely knowledgeable and professional, offering thoughtful suggestions and patiently answering all of my questions. He never rushed me and made the entire visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Today I was very impressed by the Pandora staff in the Jersey City location. Particularly the store manager Timika was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have started building my girlfriend's collection of Pandora bracelets several months ago and due to her understanding of my goals and her excellent customer service skills she was able to help me decide on the perfect pieces for my girlfriend's collection(s). She went above and beyond for me to feel great about my purchase decisions and even made suggestions for my mother's using the promotions. I work as a sales consultant for large corporations teaching people the value of proper customer service relations and Timika is perfect example of exactly that mindset and is an asset to Pandora. Her approach an expression of the Pandora culture is the reason why I keep coming back and recommend others to do so as well. Went today to get my jewelry clean and they were not able to accommodate that request. That referred me to the Pandora desk at Macy's. I needed to exchange my braclet and they were unable to do it. I went too Macy's and Saidah team were able to honor both request. They were polite, efficient and most helpful.
