I LOVE PANERA SO MUCH. I used to be a catering manager and the food is to die for. No lie. I also loved my job. So… I need to say, I know how all the food is meant to be prepared. My discrepancy is that the food is always missing items or ingredients. I know it’s a bunch of young folks working there, and I get it’s their first job or second job etc etc.
However , managers, pls check ur associates work. 9/10 times I order food, ingredients/items are missing. I know I can get my money back and all but I choose not to. I would like you folks to teach your staff the ins and outs of great service… Please 🙏.
When I get a frontega, I don’t want my basil to be missing nearly every time. When I order tomato or French onion soup, I would really love my croutons. I can’t remember the last time croutons were included in my soups when I order those two soups. PS…. Ima Client that gets delivery… so I. Can’t just go back to the counter.
I just ordered yesterday. My name is Lindsay. I called the store to make sure croutons were in the order. They said yes. However, sadly, no croutons when the order areived :( . Seems silly, but it’s important to me, with all due respect. The croutons honestly… no lie… NEVER come in my to-go orders. very sad

Read moreThis is so far the worst customer service I have seen in a restaurant or fast food in NJ. After delaying our food because of their mistake for thirty minutes, we had to ask them twice what happened , almost every customer came and left, turned out we weren't in the system. They finally found our food order, after ten minutes we got our food . But a moment after we sat down, someone asked us to leave, because they need to clean, it was 7:45 -50. (Store clothes at 8) . Then we said where we can sit? then he said outside. We went outside, sit down, thirty seconds later someone came and said you can't sit, we close at eight . And it wasn't even eight yet.
We had a kid with us for ducks sake. Then we explained what has happenex , she said she doesn't care and a guy, came back said he is the manager, a guy in his thirty, dark hair, and with uniform, and told us if we don't leave, he will do this and that. I mean we are talking about a few minutes just to finish our food. He stayed for five minutes to explain/shout on us while we could have finished our sandwich by then.
The whole situation was murky and felt like the store folks presumed something about us, like racially or ethnically. And we needed only one table and we normally clean after ourselves. I mean seriously?
